THE HEART BEHIND MY COACHING

Trust me girl, I know what it feels like to be confused about what healthy actually means. Despite growing up playing sports, I still had a very surface-level understanding of fitness and training. and with southern cooking being the norm throughout my childhood, intentional nutrition was not even on my radar.

So of course, a lot of my journey was built through trial and error. I’ve lived through the late nights and disordered sleep routines thanks to nightlife, under-eating then binge eating, the pressure to always look the part, bloating, brain fog, fatigue... you name it.

I’ve also experienced what it’s like to become too obsessed with the pursuit of a physique—tracking macros too closely, losing touch with my hunger cues, and realizing I was chasing a body goal more than true health

But somewhere in the middle of all of that, I found Jesus—hallelujah! And what started as spiritual healing opened the door to deeper physical healing too. Through strength training, nutrition, nervous system support, gut healing, and rebuilding my relationship with food, I finally found a better way.

Now it’s my mission to help women do the same! To finally stop guessing, heal from the inside out, and build results in a way that supports their body, mindset, and whole life—without compromising the things that actually matter.
